ATMCard

Your ATM card offers the ultimate in banking convenience. Now, you can make deposits and withdrawals, transfer funds between checking and savings, perform balance inquiries, and even make loan payments 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.

With your
ATM card you can visit your financial institution electronically just about anywhere in the world.

Even if your ATM card is lost or stolen it cannot be used by someone else.
Only you know your Personal Identification Number (PIN).

The step-by-step instructions below show you how fast and easy a
ATM machine is to use. Even though machines may vary in appearance, the operating instructions remain simple. After each step, new instructions tell you what to do next.

  1. Insert your ATM card.
  2. Enter our Personal Identification Number (PIN). Your PIN is issued to you with your ATM card or you can pick your own number and is known only to you. It serves as a safety precaution for your accounts because without this number your card cannot be used… even if it’s lost or stolen.
  3. From here on, just follow the instructions that appear on the screen. If you make a mistake, there’s no need to worry. Just press the “cancel” button and begin again.
  4. You can obtain cash from the ATM machine... from your checking or savings account. You can even use your Visa or MasterCard to get a “cash advance.”
  5. Make deposits or payments at any full-service ATM machine. Envelopes are provided. To ensure proper and timely crediting of your account, always endorse checks.
  6. At the end of each transaction, a receipt is issued with complete details of exactly what has taken place.

It’s that simple! If you would like to learn more about ATM banking, contact Bank of Luxemburg. We would be happy to help you.
